The Colorado Shakespeare Festival announced the lineup for its 58th annual summer productions.
“Othello” and “Much Ado About Nothing” will be performed from June to August at the Marry Rippon Outdoor Theatre at the University of Colorado Boulder, according to a news release Monday.
The indoor University Theatre will feature “Henry V,” two exclusive performances of “Henry VI, Part 1” and “Wittenberg,” a comedy by Colorado playwright David Davalos, the release said.
The 2014 festival brought in $831,000, said Clay Evans, spokesman for CU Presents. Evans said it was the “biggest box-office take ever” for the festival.
Evans said 2015 would bring notable milestones like the festival’s first performances of “Henry VI, Part 1” since 1967.
Season tickets went on sale Monday at and the CU Presents box office at 303-492-8008.
The box office is located in the University Club on the Boulder campus.
