music: Hi-Dive celebrates 11 years of indie rock
through sunday. It’s difficult to remember a time before the Hi-Dive, which has been presenting the finest local and national indie rock around for the past 11 years. The venue began celebrating its decade-plus anniversary with a series of stacked shows on Nov. 6, and they continue through this weekend. Each night offers a diverse slice of raucous party music, including the reunions of Legendary River Drifters, Hollow Talk and Horace Van Vaughn on Nov. 7 (with Dirty Few and Mako 1979), Brainhammer, Zebroids, Eyes and Ears and more on Nov. 8, and the final appearance of Dudebabes with Jermaine and the Sex Party, Warhawk and High Plains Honky on Nov. 9. Shows start at 9:30 p.m. nightly (9 p.m. Nov. 9) and cost $10-$12 per show at 7 S. Broadway. 303-733-0230 or . John Wenzel
