Police in Colorado Springs arrested a 15-year-old boy Friday morning on suspicion of sexually assaulting his 4-year-old sister.
“An interview was conducted with the child’s older sister who reported walking in on an incident where the brother was assaulting the 4-year-old,” police said.
The toddler also confirmed the abuse to investigators, police said.
Police did not identify the boy, who was booked into a juvenile detention facility.
