Pine Creek senior Parker Hammond gave his verbal commitment to Air Force, according to a tweet by his Eagles teammate Tommy Lazzaro on Friday.

The 6-foot-5, 245-pound Hammond was reported to have , according to Rivals.
“He’s a kid that’s really developed over the four years in the program and obviously a great student and will be a great soldier,” Pine Creek coach Todd Miller said. “The sky’s the limit for him.”
Hammond is listed as a tight end and defensive end on Pine Creek’s roster, but Miller said he believes Hammond will play tackle at the next level.
“His best years of football, I believe, are ahead of him,” Miller said.
