Foodies who love gourmet recipes and need the right ingredients can now shop at , an upscale store that started in the Netherlands, spread through Europe, and is now popular in the United States. Jim Doman and Dave Setter recently opened Colorado s first Oil & Vinegar in Broomfield, and plan to open another seven stores in metro Denver.

It s a timely move. According to the 2014 Culinary Forecast by the National Restaurant Association, more than 60 percent of Americans say flavored and house-made vinegars are a hot trend. Oil & Vinegar even has vinegars on tap, with flavors like elderflower apple lime, strawberry balsam, and fig balsam.

The culinary boutique offers a range of imported products with , including bottled and on-tap oils, mustards, salad dressings, marinated vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, honeys, fig spreads, olives, and a variety of flavored pastas/risottos and more. There s a tasting station, and specialties from countries like Italy, Spain, Greece, France, South Africa, and Morocco.
