COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — A man who filmed Colorado College students in the showers has been sentenced to prison after violating probation.
Twenty-five-year-old Andrew Browning was sentenced to four years in prison Monday. He was arrested in October 2013 after reports that a peeper had sneaked into the Loomis Hall dormitory. One female student told police she saw a man holding a cellphone over the top of her shower stall.
The Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1tA7C8z ) that Browning was given probation and forbidden from setting foot on Colorado College grounds. He violated his probation and also failed to register as a sex offender and missed some required meetings.
Browning requested treatment outside prison, but Judge Thomas Kelly Kane disagreed and sentenced him to prison.
