Former Sen. Greg Brophy returned to the scene of the crime Friday to introduce Congressman Ken Buck’s new spokeswoman to the state Capitol reporting crew and visit with old friends.
Brophy said he is “having a blast” , a Windsor Republican who was sworn in as the 4th Congressional District congressman in January.
“It’s great working with Ken. He is really , and it’s fun to be part of that,” Brophy said.
Among those Brophy met up, Sen. Mike Johnston, D-Denver, who was one of his pals at the Colorado legislature. “Yeah,” Johnston said in an e-mail, “he told me I can crash on the floor at his pad whenever I’m in D.C, 300 sq ft and a futon sounds luxurious. Love that guy.”
