1 Homeowner called name by solicitor. On Jan. 20, a man called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies after an tussle with a solicitor in the 12000 block of West Berry Drive in the Littleton area. The homeowner said a pen salesman handed him a Bic pen and ran to a car to get a box. When he returned, he came in and began to open the box, but the homeowner said he was unwelcome and began to push him out the door. The solicitor called the man a name and left. A deputy contacted the solicitor and told him to leave the area.

2 Suspect pumps and runs.An employee at a Loaf ‘N Jug, 5091 S. Jellison Way in the Littleton area, called deputies on Jan. 20 to report a customer had stolen gasoline. The employee reported several options for license plate numbers.

3 Man arrested for Walmart incident. On Jan. 24, a man was arrested by deputies for an incident at Walmart the previous evening. The deputies contacted the man at his place of employment in the 9600 block of West Coal Mine Avenue in the Littleton area
. He said he had gone to Walmart the previous evening to cash his paycheck while his friends looked for TVs. The store would not cash the check and the man became angry. He kicked some cooking trays and hit a TV stand. The man was cited and told not to return to Walmart.

4 Suspect observed breaking lights. A man called deputies on Jan. 24 after his daughter saw a man damaging outdoor lights in the 100 block of Golden Eagle Lane, Ken-Caryl. The daughter told deputies the suspect was wielding a baseball bat or something similar to strike the lights.
