A 30-year-old woman now in custody is a suspect in a fatal hit and run accident that happened at Colfax Avenue and Fox Street early Sunday, according to Denver Police.
Brenda Rosales-Montoya is being held for investigation of vehicular homicide and hit and run involving death in the accident at about 4:30 a.m.
