A pedestrian was killed in an early-morning hit-and-run collision Tuesday in Denver, police said.
The Office of the Medical Examiner on Tuesday afternoon identified the victim as 42-year-old Valentino Abeyta.
The fatal collision happened near South Federal Boulevard and West Harvard Avenue, police said in
Late Tuesday afternoon, police said the vehicle involved in the incident was described as a 2007 to 2011 silver Toyota Camry, with lower front-end damage on the right side.
Officials said they will release further information in the case as it become available.
