Denver Water said Monday it’s investigating an accident that took place at its Foothills Treatment Plant in Douglas County.
According to officials, initial reports indicated an employee was injured at about 3 p.m. doing routine maintenance inside the facility.
Denver Water did not release the name, or the condition of the employee. Officials said West Metro Fire Rescue was also at the scene.
