It’s a good bet that somehow, some way, the 26 states that are suing the federal government over President Obama’s executive order on immigration will manage to reach the finish line — win or lose — without the help of Colorado.

Yet the fact that Colorado has failed to join the lawsuit, despite having a Republican attorney general, apparently steams former Congressman Tom Tancredo, who retains his anti-immigration zeal.

In a lengthy letter, Tancredo complained to AG Cynthia Coffman that she is the sole member of the Republican Attorneys General Association “who is not participating in that legal challenge.”
