Denver firefighters rescued an injured worker from the fourth floor of a downtown building under construction on Friday morning.
Drywall fell on the worker, injuring him, according to Capt. Greg Pixley, a fire department spokesman.
The construction site is on the 2900 block of Huron Street. Fire crews were called to the scene at about 9:30 a.m.
The worker was removed from the building at about 10:30 a.m.
The worker was taken to a hospital. An update on his condition was not immediately available.
