Just as their first song was fading to a close, ‘s Emily Frantz looked at the sold out and said, “I knew there were going to be 1600 of you here tonight, I just didn’t know you were all going to be listening.” And for the rest of the Thursday night, that’s what the audience did, they listened, with rapt attention to a night of soaring folk music.
After the duo closed out their tranquil set, the winner of the Larabar singer-songwriter contest, Annalise Emerick, took the stage for a very quick, but sweet two songs.
The venue quieted down once again as took the stage and began gracefully serenading the packed house. The indie folk singer and his band played through a broad setlist that included “O’ City Lights,” “Big Black Car,” “The Universe” and “The Moon Song.”

“Sometimes what we take for granted, itap like the way a light hits out on a wall. Or going on a walk and watching how your shadow goes with you,” . “Itap really just the simple things you wouldn’t think to write about … itap not always the huge details.”
