A 14-year-old, who was one of three girls early Saturday, remains in critical condition, the Summit County sheriff’s office said Monday.
Prosecutors say at least two of the girls were daughters of a woman with whom the 37-year-old suspect once had a relationship.
Sky Wodraska of Breckenridge is being held in the assaults on suspicion of several counts, including attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree kidnapping and child abuse.
Wodraska is being held without bond at the county jail, the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies were called to the Great Divide Condominiums at 1258 Baldy Road at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday on reports of an assault in progress. The sheriff’s office said it found that two 14-year-old girls and one 10-year-old had been assaulted.
Two of the girls were treated and released. The teen who remains in critical condition is expected to survive, District Attorney Bruce Brown said.
Colorado court records show Wodraska had a protection order filed against him Feb. 28, 2014.
