1 Man goes to wrong apartment. On March 2, Denver police responded to a report of a man trespassing in someone’s apartment in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Street. The victim said the man walked into his apartment very disoriented and slapped him four times before responding. The suspect then asked where he was and was surprised to learn he was on the wrong floor.
2 Parking cop assaulted. A parking enforcement officer was assaulted March 2 in the 1700 block of Lawrence Street. The officer stated he was writing a ticket for a car that was parked in a car share space. The driver of the car took the officer’s device and threw it onto the curb. He then got out and punched the officer in the face and nearly backed over him. The car then drove off.
3 Suspect doesn’t want to show ID. On March 3, an employee at 7-Eleven, 4709 Tower Road, called Denver police after a customer caused a disturbance. The suspect came in to buy cigarettes but became upset when he was asked for ID and began knocking items off the counter and using profanity. (Not on map.)
4 Man punched in the face. A man called Denver police March 3 after he was punched in the face by a suspect in the 12800 block of East Albrook Drive. The man said he didn’t know why the victim punched him. Police responded to the address and arrested the suspect.
5 Victim slapped. A woman called Denver police on March 2 after she was slapped in the 4300 block of South Pierce Street. The suspect admitted to slapping the woman and the victim insisted on pressing charges.
