Early morning patchy fog is expected to gradually give way to mostly sunny skies in Denver on Tuesday.

Meteorologists with the National Weather Service in Boulder said the fog should clear in Denver by 10 a.m., with the high temperature climbing to about 58 degrees.

Although that’s three degrees warmer than the seasonal average, it will feel much cooler than the record-setting heat Denver saw on Sunday and Monday. On Monday, Denver reached 81 degrees, . The previous earliest mark was March 18.

Tonight, expect temperatures to dip to about 39 degrees for a low, the weather service siad.

On Wednesday, there’s a 20 percent chance of afternoon rain, with highs reaching 68 degrees.
