The northbound lanes of Interstate 25 have been reopened after closing just south of downtown Denver on Tuesday morning following a three-vehicle crash involving a semi-trailer.

The closure happened near the 6th Avenue exit at about 10:30 a.m., according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

The lanes were completely reopened at about 12:15 p.m.

Traffic was being diverted onto 6th Avenue during the closure, CDOT said.

Further information on the crash was not immediately available.

Denver police said it does not appear anyone was seriously injured in the wreck.
