Police in Denver are investigating after a person was wounded in a shooting overnight Tuesday.
Officers responding to reports of shots fired in the area of the 3400 block of York Street found the victim, police said. Police announced the shooting on their Twitter feed at about 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Authorities believe the victim’s injuries are non-life threatening.
Police said they did not immediately have any suspect information and that their investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
Officials did not release any further information in the case.
