
The competitive housing market in Colorado has potential home buyers .
The average home is on the market for only 45 days, with many homes selling within seven days and above asking price in many cases. So, The Denver Post sought the advice of real estate experts who explain what to do and what to avoid doing, in order to increase chances of outbidding other buyers in this incredibly competitive market.
Investigators and hazmat crews in Boulder are Monday morning.
The sheriff’s department was called to the Boulder Jewish Community Center at about 8:30 a.m. Monday after an employee opened an envelope containing a white powder and a note that said: “your (sic) have enemies.”
The building was evacuated and children have been sent home for the day.
A short time ago investigators determined the white powder was benign at the community center, but now, they’re investigating a similar package that was sent to Har HaShem on Baseline Road. The sheriff’s office said the threat is being treated as real until there is proof that itap not.
