Arbor Day 5K

April 18: The Town of Windsor Tree Board is encouraging participation in the 10th annual Arbor Day 5K, one of many events in Windsor’s 125th anniversary celebration. Registration is $15 until noon April 15, $20 on race day. Proceeds benefit planting trees in the community. The race is family friendly and dogs on leashes are welcome. It is also a qualifier for the Bolder Boulder. Prizes and giveaways included. Budweiser Bier Run

April 11: Anheuser-Busch’s Fort Collins Brewery and Tour Center hosts its inaugural 10K to benefit the United Way of Larimer County. 7 a.m. registration, 9:10 a.m. start. Runners and walkers welcome. $25. Must be 21 and over to participate in the race, all ages are welcome to the after-race party that includes a pancake breakfast for a $10 donation. The race starts at the United Way of Larimer County, 424 Pine St. and ends at the center, 2351 Busch Drive.

The Color Run

April 11: “The Happiest 5K on the Planet” starts off the new Shine Tour open to individuals and teams with waves starting at 11 a.m. A new Sparkle Zone adds to the festivities of the second annual run and a Finish Festival offers music, color throws and more. $39.50 per person, $35 per person of teams of four or more. Proceeds benefit the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation.

Blood Cancer Conference
