The annual Día del Niño Celebration opens up the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and Denver Art Museum complex — including the Denver Public Library, Clyfford Still Museum, History Colorado Center and Byers-Evans House Museum — to the public, free of charge. Kid-specific activities include scavenger hunts, face-painting, crafts, bilingual storytime and visits from Colorado sports mascots, along with surprisingly rich live music and dance performances from local and national artists.
