Broncos linebacker DeMarcus Ware was tapped to appear on “,” representing Team AFC in a battle of the NFL’s conferences.
Joining him on the AFC team was Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs, Chargers tight end Antonio Gates, Steelers receiver Antonio Brown and Jets center Nick Mangold.
, Packers running back Eddie Lacy, Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell, Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis, 49ers tight end Vernon Davis and Bears running back Matt Forte represented the NFC.
The episode is one of 12 “Celebrity” versions that will air starting June 21 on ABC.
Following Day 1 of the Broncos’ mandatory minicamp Tuesday, Ware leaked a few details of the episode.
“One of the categories was ‘What is one thing that a guy names after himself?’ he said. “So what is the first thing you think about?”
His kid?
“No, not your kid,” Ware responded. “It was something else but we were afraid to say it.”
