Thank you for your excellent article on King Arthur Flour, an employee-owned company. In our work in the area of employee ownership, we’ve seen that companies usually do better after they become employee-owned then they did before. We have many excellent employee-owned companies in Denver and Colorado. Hopefully The Post will spotlight one of these.
