Woody Paige explains why — regardless of new head coach Mike Malone — the Denver Nuggets will continue to be a terrible team.
“Here’s something we know about him as head coach,” Paige explained. “With a pretty lousy team he had a very lousy winning percentage.”
“So, guess what we’re going to have?” Paige asked Shapiro. “A pretty lousy team. That means in Denver, we’re going to have a pretty lousy season.”
