, a two-legged chihuahua, was born without his front legs in Indiana. At first, his owners designed a toy cart to help him get around but after his story went viral, they had engineers reaching out to them that wanted to invent a cart that would help him get around better.
His owners have designed a 3-D cart prototype with 3D Printing in Denver that can be easily adjusted to now help other dogs missing their front legs.
