Authors, doctors, chefs and fitness experts are included on the guest list of speakers for the fifth annual VegFest Colorado, offering two days of family-friendly activities June 20-21. Cooking demonstrations, samples, exhibits, movies and food trucks all promote a “plant-based lifestyle.” Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
