DENVER (AP) — Westminster police have arrested a man they believe was involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash over the weekend.
The Denver Post reported Monday (http://goo.gl/0Fa1l0 ) that the man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and vehicular homicide for the early Sunday crash. His name has not been released.
Officers were called to the area of 87th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard on reports of an injured person in the roadway.
Investigators have not released the victim’s name, age or gender.
