Now’s your chance to see the marijuana ads that a Denver TV station had been set to air before putting that plan on hiatus.
As previously , ABC affiliate KMGH-Channel 7 was going to broadcast an ad for a cannabis-oil vape pen this week before “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
However, to run the 15-second spot for Neos vape pens and another commercial for marijuana retailer The Green Solution after parent company E.W. Scripps stepped in. E.W. Scripps said in a statement the organization is “proud to be a company of free speech and open expression, but we have concerns about the lack of clarity around federal regulations that govern broadcast involving such ads.”
The ads are now circulating on the Internet.
