A gunman opened fire in a movie theater in Lafayette, La., Thursday night, July 23, 2015. Police confirmed there were an unknown number of injuries and some possible fatalities and said the gunman was believed to be dead. The Associated Press said two people were dead, including the gunman, and five people were believed to be wounded.
