1 Brandishing over laundry. Three people were cited for harassment June 30 when a woman moved another woman’s laundry basket at the Coin Laundry at 1261 W. 84th Ave., Federal Heights, and that woman began calling her names. The uncle of one of the women then came inside and apparently threatened to shoot the other woman. Everyone was cited for harassment.

2 Pepper sprayed at the bar. Police were called to Las Chispa Bar at 6190 E. 72nd Ave., Commerce City, because a drunken man punched a security guard after being thrown out of the club July 6. The suspect was thrown down, pepper sprayed him and held on his face until police arrived.

3 Living in storage. An employee at the Smartstop Self Storage at 8920 Federal Blvd., Federal Heights, called police June 29 because nine empty storage sheds had their locks cut off. The employee said that a homeless man who lives in one of the sheds had been helping other homeless people break in to empty spaces to sleep there. The officer called for more patrol in the area.

4 Suspicious drive by. A man called police to his home in the 6800 block of Niagara Street, Commerce City, on June 27 because he said a person in a red Jeep had been harassing him for several months. There are no suspects.

5 Crime list. A man was arrested for attempting to steal a video camera, DVDs and clothes from the Target at 1001 E. 120th Ave., Thornton. While in custody July 15, police found a notebook on the suspect with lists of things that he stole, and from where he stole them.
