Denver police arrested Friday wanted on suspicion of first-degree murder in connection with a fatal shooting Tuesday night in the city’s North Park Hill neighborhood.
Charles Porter was arrested about noon Friday at Colfax Avenue and Kalamath Street.
The victim, 33-year-old Dwayne Banks, . He was pronounced dead Tuesday night in the 2600 block of Grape Street after he was found by authorities, the city’s medical examiner’s office says. Police say their investigation into the shooting remains ongoing.
