The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man suspected of involvement in a shooting Tuesday in Centennial.

Deputies were summoned to the 5500 block of South Jebel Way on a medical call at 5:24 p.m., said Julie Brooks, a Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman. When deputies arrived, they found a man who had been shot, Brooks said.

The incident is related to a “family disturbance,” she said.

The Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as 31-year-old Jonathon Ryan. He is about 6 feet tall and 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Ryan, whom investigators say is likely armed, might be driving a 2003 red or maroon Ford 150 pickup truck, Colorado plate 764GGI, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 303-795-4711 or call 911.

Ryan is considered dangerous and should not be approached, the Sheriff’s Office said.
