The man who was shot early Wednesday morning has died, police said around 9:30 a.m.
Police are investigating a shooting that happened on the 5000 block of West Dartmouth Avenue, said Doug Schepman, Denver police spokesman.
Police were called at 1:17 a.m., he said.
The man who was shot was taken to a hospital in critical condition, Schepman said.
He was pronounced dead this morning, Denver police said.
Police do not have any information about a possible suspect or motive of the shooting.
The name of the victim has not been released.
