1 Glass Sheets. A boy woke up in the middle of the night covered in glass Aug. 19. Someone apparently broke his bedroom window in the 9400 block of Elm Court, Federal Heights, with a shovel that was found on the ground outside the next morning. There are no suspects.

2 Bottomless in the backyard. The principal of Stukey Elementary at 11080 Grant Drive, Northglenn, called police Sept. 20 because a man whose house backs up to the school was seen taking out his garbage in a bathrobe while not wearing pants or underwear by two teachers. The man said he didn’t know he flashed anyone, and he wouldn’t do it again.

3 Officer feeds neglected dog. Residents in the 11600 block of Eudora Street, Thornton, called police Sept. 6 because a neighbor’s dog was left alone in the yard for days and had been barking. The officer fed the dog and gave it water until the owner returned home Sept. 7 and was cited.

4 Late payment. A man went to the Northglenn Police Department at 11701 Community Center Drive because his friend, to whom he owed $1,300, was threatening to send a biker gang to his house to beat him up. The suspect was cited for harassment Sept. 9.

5 Stolen snacks. The owner of the Coin Laundry at 17824 W. 92nd Ave., Federal Heights, went to police Aug. 18 because someone took off with a vending machine that he was keeping outside his business.

6 Fake tags. A police officer ran the temporary tags on a Lexus parked at the Walgreens at 4001 E. 120th Ave., Thornton, and found out that they were stolen. The owner was cited Sept. 4.
