Denver Nuggets rookie point guard Emmanuel Mudiay is already making an impression on his teammates. Right now, he and forward Danilo Gallinari have a not-so-traditional 3-point contest going on.
In early August, the rookie Mudiay sunk a 3-point shot from the sidelines while sitting in a chair. The Nuggets first-round pick casually flicks the ball from half court into the net. The Denver Nuggets captured the feat on Vine.
Not to be outdone, Gallinari hit a sit-down, 3-pointer of his own 16 days ago. The Italian forward looks to be seated a bit farther back than the rookie Mudiay was. Gallinari’s shot took much more effort though. The Nuggets documented “Gallo’s” shot on Vine as well.
The shots are so cool that even legendary center Shaquille O’Neal took notice. Shaq a few days ago. Hopefully the friendly rivalry continues.
