has chosen southeast Jefferson County for its seventh Colorado location, the popular specialty grocer announced Wednesday.
Scheduled to open in early 2016, the 13,000-square-foot store will be in the Bowles Crossing Shopping Center at the intersection of West Bowles Avenue and South Wadsworth Boulevard in unincorporated Jefferson County.
The California-based grocery chain, famous for its private-label products and loyal following, first arrived in Colorado in 2014, at East 8th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard in Denver; Twenty Ninth Street Mall in Boulder; and 5910 S. University Blvd. in Greenwood Village.
Since then, the chain has added a second Denver outpost — 661 Logan St. — as well as locations in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins.
The Jefferson County location, which is across Wadsworth from Southwest Plaza, was previously home to a Staples.
