Court records show a Las Vegas judge agreed to dismiss the charge if the 25-year-old Tesfaye stays out of trouble and completes 50 hours of community service.

Tesfaye also has to attend impulse control counseling and alcohol evaluation, and pay $1,000 to a Las Vegas police injured officers fund.

Police say the officer wasn’t seriously hurt breaking up a fight at The Cromwell hotel.
