Denver’s Rose Namajunas will face Paige VanZant in the main event at UFC Fight Night 80 on Dec. 10 in Las Vegas, UFC president Dana White announced Wednesday on Twitter.

Namajunas (3-2), ranked No. 6 in the UFC women’s strawweight division, replaces No. 6 VanZant’s original opponent, No. 8 Joanne Calderwood. , according to Fox Sports.

Namajunas won her last bout on Oct. 3, winning via technical submission over Angela Hill at UFC 192. The 23-year-old was part of history at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale when she lost to Carla Esparza for the inaugural UFC Strawweight Championship.
