GREELEY — A 25-year-old Fort Collins man was killed Monday afternoon in a farming accident near Ault, the Weld County Sheriff’s Office says.
The death happened about 1 p.m. near the intersection of Colorado 14 and Weld County Road 23, roughly six miles west of Ault, said Cpl. Matt Turner, spokesman for the county sheriff’s office.
Officials have not released the man’s name and did not immediately provide details on what precipitated the death. Turner said the incident is being treated as an accident and remains under investigation.
