
It took some squeezing, but they managed to fit all eight of members of behind that tiny desk.
, Rateliff and co. dropped by NPR studios in Washington D.C. on the east coast leg of their recent tour to play one of the network’s famous Tiny Desk Concerts.
The band ran through four songs off their debut self-titled album: “I Need Never Get Old,” “Look It Here,” “I’ve Been Failing You” and “Mellow Out.” Notably, they leave the album’s lead single, “S.O.B.,” out of the mix. You can’t blame them: The song has been their centerpiece for , and across the world. Even the sturdiest single deserve a day off.
The band will swing back through Denver on Dec. 19 and 20 for two sold-out shows at the Ogden Theatre.
