PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon lawmakers are reviewing marijuana regulations and issues that face the state’s burgeoning industry, including edible marijuana serving sizes, pesticide use and tracking medical marijuana.

that the Oregon Department of Agriculture has identified 250 pesticides that marijuana producers may use to keep pests, mold and other common problems at bay.

According to federal regulators, the pesticides on Oregon’s list pose minimal risk to human health.

The Joint Interim Committee on Marijuana Legalization was also briefed Monday about shops choosing whether to sell recreational or medical marijuana, the possibility of tracking medical marijuana more closely and monitoring the serving sizes of edible marijuana products.
