Less than a month after an attack on their show at the Bataclan, the Eagles of Death Metal have returned to Paris for a surprise performance during U2’s concert at AccorHotels Arena, .

U2 frontman Bono introduced the band near the end of their set. “They were robbed of their stage three weeks ago and we would like to offer them ours tonight,” Bono stated.

The show was being filmed for an HBO special. As you can see in the video below, the band helped U2 cover Patti Smith’s “People Have The Power,” and performed their very own “I Love You All The Time,” which has become something of a rally cry since the attacks.
