Getting your player ready...

Even as a little kid, Christian McCaffrey had moves on the football field.

In , a 7-year-old McCaffrey and the Douglas County Dolphins took on a team of mascots during Denver’s game against the Patriots on Nov. 3, 2003.

During the game, the Dolphins performed a double-reverse to McCaffrey, who darted down the right side of the field. After juking Texans mascot Toro, he sprinted 29 yards to the end zone.

And here’s the best part.

Taking a page out of Terrell Owens’ handbook, the young McCaffrey pulled a sharpie from his sock, signed the football and threw it into the stands.

His older brother Max, who was 9 at the time and now a senior receiver at Duke, also recorded a TD, running 30-yards down the right sidelines.
