Mesa County authorities say they arrested a Grand Junction woman late Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence after deputies spotted her driving at a speed of just 5 mph.

Heather Laimo, 34, allegedly refused to pull over and officials say at one point she reversed into a sheriff’s patrol car.

A deputy was eventually able to open Laimo’s driver’s-side door and help her out of her vehicle, .

Laimo faces charges of DUI, vehicular eluding, reckless endangerment, weaving and reckless driving.
