Last weekend your Perspective section carried a headline that included “TMI,” and the article below that did not explain it well. Why the mystery? What is “TMI”?
I would expect a major daily newspaper to refrain from acronyms and coined abbreviations, especially in headlines. If you don’t have enough room to use real English, thatap easy to fix. If you don’t have enough ink, get more!
