
1 Off-road rage. A man and his wife were cut off by another man in traffic Dec. 21. The couple followed the man to a mailbox bank in the area of East 127th Way and Jackson Street, Thornton. The husband pushed him to the ground. The husband was arrested for harassment.
2 Washroom vandals. Police were called to Tuscan Heights Apartments at 1800 W. 85th Ave., Federal Heights, because someone went into the community laundry room Dec. 20 and cut all of the power cords to three washers and three dryers.
3 Bad boyfriend. A woman who lives in the 2600 block of West 103rd Avenue, Federal Heights, let her daughter’s boyfriend move in with them. A few weeks later, on Dec. 19, the boyfriend moved out. The woman realized her father’s gold watch and mother’s necklace were stolen.
4 Robbed at gunpoint. Police responded to Servicios Profesionales de Colorado, 1812 W. 92nd Ave., Federal Heights, for a robbery in progress Dec. 21. When they got there, an employee and two patrons were on the ground. The suspects used handguns and took almost $4,000 from the patrons and the business.
5 Missing jewelry. After several holiday parties at her home in the 5500 block of Kearney Street, Commerce City, a woman realized on Dec. 27 that almost $10,000 in jewelry had been stolen.
6 Nothing to steal. The owner of Edeleweiss Limited, 4940 Niagara St., Commerce City, called police Dec. 29 because someone cut a 4-foot hole in his chain-link fence and walked around the property, leaving tracks in the snow. Nothing was taken.
