University of Denver officials issued another alert early Thursday following the third forced fondling encounter near the school in the past two weeks.

The latest assault happened near Iliff Avenue and South Josephine Street, according to a 2:09 a.m. tweet.

The suspect was described as being 6 feet tall with light skin and wearing a black sweatshirt.

Police searched the area following the sexual assault. No arrest was made.

“Remain vigilant. Travel in groups. Remain in well lit areas,” the University of Denver tweeted.

happened at about 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 20 near South High Street and East Wesley Avenue, according to an alert issued by the university.

The second assault happened Sunday morning on East Asbury Avenue and South Josephine Street.

Witnesses are asked to report any suspicious activity to 303-871-3000.

The Department of Campus Safety announced an increase of patrols in light of the incidents, “including foot patrols to increase visibility and to accommodate requests for escorts on campus,” the university said i news release Thursday afternoon.
