TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A Florida couple has cashed in the second of three winning tickets from last month’s $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot.

Seventy-year-old Maureen Smith and 55-year-old David Kaltschmidt will take their $528.8 million share in a lump-sum payment of about $327.8 million.

The winning ticket was purchased at a Publix grocery store in Melbourne Beach. The other two winning tickets for the Jan. 13 drawing were bought in Munford, Tenn., and Chino Hills, Calif.

Tennessee’s John and Lisa Robertson cashed in their ticket last month, also taking the lump sum. The winners in California have not publicly come forward yet.
