Interview with Carol Wall, owner

Q: How did you get involved in this business?

A: Our business started as a hobby with a single embroidery machine in the basement of our house that eventually turned into a business.

Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?

A: What distinguishes our business from others in our category is that we are a small, family-run business. Since we are a small business, we are able to work with our costumers to provide them with the best customer service. We have the ability to do big jobs for companies and school sport teams, but we can also do single item jobs. We also provide a variety of different services such as embroidery, printing, signs, banner, rhinestones and glitter, glass etching, stickers, letter jackets, fundraising opportunities, online shopping and even custom made doll clothes.

Q: What do you like best about your line of work?

A: We love working with our customers and bringing their vision for their projects into reality. We also love being creative and creating custom designs for our clubs and teams. The greatest part of our work, of course, is being able to work with our family members.

Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?

A: One of the biggest challenges that our business faces is getting our name out there. We have a number of new customers who just happened to walk by and see our business and tell us that they never even knew we were here.

Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:

A: I think what people are surprised to learn about our business is that we are easy to find and we are easy to work with. Since we moved to our current location in September, we are more accessible and conveniently located in downtown Parker. Being a small business, we have the ability to provide customer service that is personalized specifically to each customer. We love working with our customers to provide order forms for clubs or schools and also putting spirit wear on our website that parents and students can buy directly from. We also enjoy working with our customers and having the ability to provide rush jobs when possible.
